Ingredients for Homemade Cooking Cream
For about 1 1/4 cups of cream
- 3.4 oz milk
- 6.8 oz sunflower seed oil
- salt
Preparation of Homemade Cooking Cream
Put the milk with a pinch of salt in a tall glass.
Using an immersion blender, whip it up by moving the blender vertically in the glass to incorporate air, gradually adding the oil until you obtain a thick mixture.
Transfer the obtained mixture into a clean container and let your cooking cream rest tightly sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least an hour before using it.
