Ingredients
- 4.2 oz ladyfingers
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3.5 oz mascarpone
- 1 espresso cup espresso coffee
- 1.8 oz powdered sugar
- milk
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation of the Ladyfingers and Coffee Dessert
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the mascarpone with the powdered sugar, then gradually add the whipping cream, still liquid but chilled, followed by the cold coffee.
Continue beating the mixture until it becomes fluffy and firm.
In a 5 x 8 inch dish, create a layer of ladyfingers soaked in cold milk.
Cover it with half of the prepared cream.Make another layer of milk-soaked ladyfingers and cover with the remaining cream.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
When serving, finish your ladyfingers and coffee dessert with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder to taste.
