Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- Half onion
- 1 red chili pepper
- mint
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Lemon Salad
Peel the lemons and cut them into slices and then into wedges (removing any seeds) and collect them in a bowl.
Peel the onion and slice it.Add it to the lemons in the bowl.
Clean the chili pepper with a damp paper towel, slice it into rings, and add it to the other ingredients.Clean the mint leaves, also with a damp paper towel, and chop them.
Season your lemon salad with the chopped mint, plenty of extra virgin olive oil, and salt, and mix thoroughly.
Serve.
