Liquid Pizza in 5 Minutes

The liquid pizza in 5 minutes is a clever pizza ready in a few minutes and very easy to prepare.

With high hydration, instant yeast for savory preparations, and simple ingredients, it is prepared in a few minutes and into the oven, very easy and perfect for a last-minute lunch or dinner, or for a savory snack, or to accompany the aperitif. It can be topped according to your tastes, adding the topping to the mozzarella as explained in the following procedure.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 g instant yeast for savory preparations (half a packet)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3.5 oz tomato sauce
  • 3.5 oz mozzarella
  • oregano
  • semolina flour

Preparation of Liquid Pizza in 5 Minutes

  • Preheat the oven to 428°F (220°C) in static mode.
    In a large bowl, pour the water, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, and salt, and mix well.
    Add the flour little by little, stirring with a whisk to incorporate it without forming lumps.

  • Finally, add the instant yeast for savory preparations, still using the whisk, until it is perfectly incorporated without lumps.
    You will get a rather liquid mixture.
    Oil a 11-inch (28 cm) diameter baking pan and sprinkle the bottom with a dusting of semolina flour.
    Pour the prepared mixture into it.

  • Top with the tomato sauce distributed by spoonfuls.
    Bake the liquid pizza on the lowest rack of the oven for five minutes.
    Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into cubes.

  • After five minutes of baking, complete the topping with mozzarella and a sprinkle of oregano and bake again on the middle rack of the oven for another fifteen minutes.
    Remove from the oven and serve immediately, very hot, your pizza.
