Livornese chicken bites are a tasty second course, easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- 14 oz canned cherry tomatoes
- pitted black olives (a handful)
- 1 clove garlic
- Half glass white wine
- flour
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Livornese Chicken Bites
Cut the chicken breast into pieces of the same size.
Coat them with flour on all sides and remove the excess.
Peel the garlic clove.In a large pan, heat a little extra virgin olive oil and let the garlic clove brown, then remove it and add the floured chicken pieces.
Let them brown on all sides, then deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.Add the pitted black olives, stir, and add the canned cherry tomatoes.
Stir again, lower the heat, and let cook for about fifteen minutes.
Season with salt and serve your Livornese chicken bites hot, sprinkling with a little chopped parsley if desired.
