Mascarpone and Chocolate Chip Mousse

Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz mascarpone
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3.2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2.1 oz dark chocolate chips

Preparation of the mascarpone and chocolate chip mousse

  • In a large bowl, place the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the heavy cream, still liquid but well chilled from the refrigerator.

  • Beat everything with electric beaters until you get a thick and firm cream.

  • Add the chocolate chips and incorporate them into the mixture by folding with a spatula.
    Distribute your mousse into four small glasses or bowls and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
