Mediterranean friggitelli peppers are a delicious side dish, easy and full of flavor.

Ingredients
- 7.76 oz friggitelli peppers
- 5.29 oz cherry tomatoes
- Half red onion
- 1.41 oz pitted black olives
- 1 tbsp capers in salt
- basil
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Mediterranean Friggitelli Peppers
Wash the peppers, dry them, and remove the top and seeds.
Place them in a baking dish.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and add them to the peppers.Slice the onion and desalinate the capers.
Add everything to the baking dish along with the olives, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and a few basil leaves, and mix well.Bake in a preheated ventilated oven at 356°F (180°C) for twenty-five minutes, adding a bit of water during cooking if necessary should the cooking base dry out too much.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve your Mediterranean friggitelli peppers.
