Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs sausage
- 1.1 lbs potatoes
- 9 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- oregano
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Mediterranean Sausage
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Clean the onion and slice it thinly.Gather everything in a large baking dish and season with extra virgin olive oil, oregano, and salt, mixing thoroughly.
Cut the sausage into chunks, add it to the other ingredients, and mix.Bake in a preheated static oven at 356°F for forty minutes, stirring occasionally.
Switch to grill mode at 392°F and cook for another ten minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your Mediterranean sausage.
