Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 1/3 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 5 tbsps cornstarch
- 1 packet vanillin
- ground cinnamon
Preparation of Milk and Cinnamon Pudding
In a saucepan, put the milk and vanillin and stir to dissolve the latter.
Bring it to a boil and in the meantime, in a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar using a whisk, then also incorporate the cornstarch.
Strain the milk into a new saucepan, add the yolks and stir away from the heat until you have a homogeneous mixture.Place on the heat, continuing to stir until the mixture thickens.
Distribute it into four service glasses or cups and gently shake the glasses or cups to level it.Cover the surface with plenty of ground cinnamon or according to your taste, cover the bowls or glasses with plastic wrap and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
After the resting time, you can serve your milk and cinnamon pudding.
