Milk balls are delicious treats, easy and quick to prepare.
Few ingredients and a very easy process for simple treats perfect to accompany a good coffee or tea, a homemade liqueur after dinner, or to enjoy a small sweet break at any moment of the day.

Ingredients
- cup milk
- 2.5 tbsp sugar
- cup cornstarch
- unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)
Preparation of Milk Balls
In a small pot, off the heat, pour the cornstarch and sugar.
Create a well in the center and pour the milk in a thin stream, stirring with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps.Place the pot over low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture becomes thick and compact.
Remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish.
Break off small portions, form into balls, and place on a serving plate.Finish your milk balls with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder and serve.
They can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for two or three days.
