Ingredients

  • 14 oz ground beef
  • 2 oz cooked ham
  • 3 oz scamorza cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz Parmesan (grated)
  • breadcrumbs
  • parsley
  • salt

Preparation of Mini Meatloaves with Ham and Cheese in Air Fryer

  • Cut the scamorza into eight strips and wrap each strip in a slice of cooked ham. Set aside.
    In a large bowl, place the meat, grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a little chopped parsley, the egg, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and form eight balls the size of a tangerine.

  • Flatten each ball between the palms of your hands, insert a strip of scamorza wrapped in ham in the center, and close the meat around it, forming the mini meatloaves.
    Place some breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the mini meatloaves in it, covering them on all sides.

  • Then place them in the basket of the air fryer and cook them at 356°F for twenty minutes.
    At the end of cooking, serve your mini meatloaves with ham and cheese in the air fryer immediately, while hot.
