Ingredients

  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 6.8 fl oz heavy whipping cream
  • 8.8 oz mascarpone
  • 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • Nutella (or hazelnut cream of your choice)
  • coffee
  • unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)

Preparation of Mini Tiramisu

  • Prepare the filling cream.
In a large bowl, place the mascarpone, the heavy whipping cream still liquid but well-chilled from the fridge, and the sweetened condensed milk and beat with electric whisks until you have a smooth, firm, and compact cream.

  • Transfer it to a pastry bag with a star nozzle.
Spread a little Nutella on a ladyfinger, fill with a strip of the prepared cream, and close with another ladyfinger.
Prepare all the paired cookies in this way, then quickly dip them in cold coffee so as not to soak them too much and place them on a tray, laying them on one of the cream-filled sides.

  • Complete your mini tiramisu with the rest of the cream and sprinkle them as desired with a little sifted unsweetened cocoa powder.
Store them in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
