Ingredients
- 9 oz mozzarella
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of mozzarella mousse
Cut the mozzarella into pieces and place it in a sieve to drain.Transfer it to a blender and add a pinch of salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Blend until you get a firm and homogeneous mixture.
Use your mozzarella mousse to fill canapés, sandwiches, and whatever your imagination suggests.
