Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 5.3 oz champignon mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 shallot
- parsley
- butter
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of the Mushroom Omelette
Clean the mushrooms with dampened kitchen paper, removing soil residues and roots.
Slice them thinly.
Peel the garlic clove, clean the shallot and slice it.In a large pan, heat a little butter.
Let the sliced garlic and shallot brown and add the mushrooms.
Let them cook for five minutes, remove the garlic, salt, and turn off.In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and some pepper.
Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, melt a knob of butter.Pour in the beaten eggs, swirling the pan so they distribute evenly.
Once set, distribute the mushrooms on half of the surface, sprinkle with a bit of chopped parsley, and fold the unfurnished half over the filled half.
Let it cook for another minute, and then serve your mushroom omelette hot.
