Ingredients for the No-Bake Coffee Meringue Cake
- 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3.5 oz condensed milk (click for the super easy recipe to make it at home)
- 5 oz cold coffee
- 7 oz meringues
- whipped cream
- coffee beans
Preparation of the No-Bake Coffee Meringue Cake
Whip the cold cream from the fridge until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.
Gradually add the condensed milk while continuing to beat with the mixer and then the cold coffee, processing everything until you have a thick and homogeneous cream.Coarsely crumble the meringues and add them to the cream, mixing with a spatula.
Line a 8-inch springform pan with plastic wrap.
Pour the prepared mixture into it, level it, and cover it with plastic wrap.Place it in the freezer for at least six hours.
When ready to serve your no-bake coffee meringue cake, transfer it to a serving tray or plate, removing the plastic wrap, and decorate it as desired with whipped cream and coffee beans.
