Ingredients for Nutella Crumble Cake
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 7 tbsp Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Baking Powder for Cakes
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella
- 1 Lemon (grated zest)
Preparation of Nutella Crumble Cake
In a large bowl place the flour, chopped butter, sugar, egg, lemon zest, and baking powder and mix with your hands until a crumbly dough is formed.
Preheat the oven to 356°F with convection mode.
Line a 9.5-inch diameter pan with parchment paper and pour in two-thirds of the prepared dough.
Pack it down with your hands on the bottom and along the edges.
Pour in the Nutella, leveling it.
Cover it with the remaining dough spread “crumbled” over the entire surface of the Nutella, without leaving any empty spaces.
Bake for about thirty minutes, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan, then transfer your Nutella Crumble Cake to a serving plate before serving.
