Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Half packet baking powder
- 7 oz Nutella
Preparation of Nutella Crumble Cake in Air Fryer
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Make a well in the center and pour in the vegetable oil and the egg, and start mixing with a fork from the center.When the liquids are absorbed, knead by hand until a compact dough is obtained.
Roll out half of the dough in a pan suitable for cooking in the air fryer.
Fill with Nutella and then crumble the rest of the dough over the filling until completely covered.Cook in the air fryer at 320°F for twenty-five minutes.
Let it cool completely in the pan and then serve your Nutella crumble cake in the air fryer.
