  • 3 eggs
  • 0.8 cup sugar

  • 0.4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder

How to Prepare the Nutella Ecstasy Cake

  • In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar, and cocoa, and mix them.
Create a well in the center and pour in the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Use an electric mixer to blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

  • Finally, incorporate the instant baking powder using the electric mixer.
Grease and flour an 8-inch diameter cake pan and pour in the prepared mixture.
Finish the cake with dollops of nutella: even if it sinks into the cake, it won’t reach the bottom even after baking.

  • Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for thirty minutes.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve your nutella ecstasy cake.
