Nutella Prussians are a delicious treat that is easy and quick to prepare.

Very few ingredients, easy and tasty, perfect for breakfast or a snack, for both adults and children, but also for a sweet break at any time of the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry (rectangular)
  • nutella
  • sugar
  • milk

Preparation of Nutella Prussians

  • Unroll the puff pastry and sprinkle the surface with granulated sugar.
    Turn the puff pastry rectangle over and spread it with a thin layer of nutella.

  • Roll tightly starting from the two opposite sides of the puff pastry rectangle, until the two “rolls” meet at the center, then transfer everything to the freezer for about fifteen minutes.
    After this time, cut slices about half an inch thick with a smooth-bladed knife.

  • Place the prepared Nutella Prussians on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, keeping them spaced apart, and brush them with a little milk.
    Bake them in a preheated static oven at 375°F for about ten minutes, until the desired level of browning is reached.
