Preparation of the Nutella Star Garland
Unroll one roll of puff pastry on the work surface.

Using star-shaped cookie cutters of different sizes, cut out many small stars.Line a large baking sheet or the oven tray with parchment paper.
Arrange a first layer of stars in a circle (if helpful, you can draw a circle on the parchment paper with a compass or by following the edges of a plate).
Place the other stars scattered over the first ones.In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk with a little water and brush the mixture over the surface of the created garland using a pastry brush.
Bake in a preheated convection oven at 356°F (180°C) for eighteen to twenty minutes, until golden.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before gently transferring your Nutella Star Garland to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar to taste and serve.
