Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs (small)
- lemon zest (grated from one lemon)
- nutella
Preparation of Nutella Tart in Air Fryer
Prepare the shortcrust pastry by mixing the flour and sugar with the grated zest of one lemon in a large bowl.
Create a well in the center and add the vegetable oil and eggs, and mix with a fork to absorb the liquids, then knead vigorously by hand until smooth and homogeneous.
Form a dough ball, wrap it in some cling film, and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. After the resting time, place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin to about half an inch in thickness.
Transfer it to a tart pan about eight inches in diameter, covering the bottom and sides of the pan well, and remove the excess pastry, keeping it aside.Pour Nutella into the tart forming a filling layer thick almost to the edge, level it, and cut strips from the reserved pastry for decoration.
Place them in a lattice pattern over the Nutella, pressing well on the edges to adhere, then cook your Nutella tart in the air fryer at 320°F for twenty minutes.
Let it cool completely in the pan, then gently transfer it to a serving plate and serve.
