Oven-baked gnocchi with ham are a tasty first course that’s quick and easy to prepare.
Delicious potato gnocchi gently seasoned and gratinated in the oven — a simple and refined dish, perfect for a Sunday lunch or a holiday meal, which can also be prepared in advance and reheated in the oven before serving.

Ingredients
- 2 lb 3 oz potato gnocchi
- 1 1/4 cups béchamel sauce
- 7 oz cooked ham (sliced)
- butter
- Parmesan (grated)
- salt
Preparation of Oven-Baked Gnocchi with Ham
Preheat the oven on the broil setting to 428°F.
Chop the slices of cooked ham.
Cook the gnocchi in plenty of boiling salted water until they rise to the surface.Butter a large baking dish.
Lift the gnocchi out with a slotted spoon and place them directly into the baking dish.
Add the ham and the béchamel and gently mix until everything is perfectly combined.Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan and finish with small knobs of butter.
Bake for about twenty minutes, until the gnocchi are nicely gratinated.
Remove from the oven and serve your oven-baked gnocchi with ham immediately, piping hot.
