Pan-Seared Sea Bream Fillets

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 9 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 1.75 oz black olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Half glass white wine
  • chopped parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparing Pan-Seared Sea Bream Fillets

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

    Peel the garlic.

    Rinse the sea bream fillets under running water and make sure they are boneless and spine-free.

  • Heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan.

    Sauté the garlic clove in it, remove it, and add the cherry tomatoes.

    Add salt and let them flavor for a few minutes, then add the olives, stir, and add the sea bream fillets.

  • Let cook for a few minutes and deglaze with the white wine.

    Cover the pan with a lid and let cook for four or five minutes, until the fish is well cooked.

    Turn off, sprinkle with some chopped parsley, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and serve your pan-seared sea bream fillets.
