It is made with only three ingredients, in a few minutes, simple, fragrant and irresistible.

Ingredients
- 9 oz (about 1 cup + 2 tbsp) mascarpone
- 3/4 cup (about 200 ml) cold heavy cream (for whipping)
- 3 tbsp Strega liqueur
Preparation of Strega paradise cream
In a large bowl, pour the mascarpone and the liqueur and begin working them into a cream with electric beaters.
Pour the whipping cream in a thin stream while still liquid but very cold from the refrigerator, without stopping the electric beaters, until you obtain a thick and firm cream.
Use your Strega paradise cream to fill desserts or as a spoon dessert.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
