Pasta with cauliflower and anchovies is a tasty first course, very easy to prepare.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 12 oz pasta
- 10 fillets anchovies
- 1 clove garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Pasta with Cauliflower and Anchovies
Clean the cauliflower and divide it into florets.
Wash them well and set aside.
Bring plenty of water to a boil in a large pot.Add the cauliflower, salt, and cook for about ten minutes, until tender.
Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving the cooking water in the pot, bring it back to a boil for the pasta and set aside the cooked cauliflower.In a large pan or wok, with a base of extra virgin olive oil, brown the peeled garlic clove.
Add the chopped anchovy fillets and let them dissolve in the hot oil.
Remove the garlic and add the cauliflower with a ladle of its cooking water.Lower the heat and cook for ten minutes while you cook the pasta.
Drain the pasta al dente and add it to the pan with the sauce.
Mix well, turn off the heat, and serve your pasta with cauliflower and anchovies immediately.
