Ingredients

  • 4.4 oz pavesini
  • 3.5 oz mascarpone
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream
  • 1.4 tbsp coffee
  • 2.1 oz powdered sugar
  • unsweetened cocoa powder (for decoration)

Preparation of Pavesini Tiramisu

  • In a large bowl, place the mascarpone, coffee, and powdered sugar and start working everything into a cream with an electric mixer at low speed.

  • When the mixture becomes more homogeneous, add the whipping cream still liquid but well chilled from the fridge, in a slow stream, and increase the speed of the mixer until you get a thick, fluffy, and homogeneous cream. Transfer it to a pastry bag with a plain nozzle and distribute it over half of the pavesini.

  • Cover the cream with the rest of the pavesini and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Before serving, sprinkle your pavesini tiramisu with plenty of sifted unsweetened cocoa.
