Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 3.5 tbsp butter
  • Nutella
  • powdered sugar

Preparation of Phyllo Pastry Sfogliatelle with Nutella

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave.
    Place a sheet of phyllo dough on a work surface, brush it with melted butter, and cover it with another sheet of phyllo dough.
    Brush the surface with butter and attach another sheet, and continue this way until all sheets are used.

  • Tightly roll up the dough obtained and cut rolls about 1.5 inches thick.
    Place each roll on the palm of your hand and press in the center of the roll to form a cone.

  • Fill with Nutella and place the sfogliatelle thus created on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush them with melted butter, and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for ten minutes.
    Remove from the oven, let cool, and complete your phyllo pastry sfogliatelle with Nutella with a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
