Ingredients
- 2.8 oz bresaola (6 slices)
- 5.3 oz cream cheese (or Robiola, ricotta, etc. according to your taste)
- 1.1 oz pistachios (already shelled)
- salt
Preparation of Pistachio Bresaola Rolls
Coarsely chop the pistachios.
In a bowl, place the cream cheese and add the chopped pistachios (keeping aside a teaspoon for decoration) and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Adjust salt if necessary.
Place the bresaola slices on a cutting board and spread them with a spoonful of the prepared cream, keeping at least half an inch from the shorter edges.
Roll each slice starting from the shorter edge, thus forming your pistachio bresaola rolls.
Serve immediately.
