Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1.76 lbs salmon (4 pieces, each 7 oz)
  • 14 oz shelled pistachios
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

How to Make Pistachio Crusted Salmon

  • Coarsely chop the pistachios in a food processor: just use pulse mode to get a coarse grain.
    Salt the salmon fillets and brush them with a little extra virgin olive oil.

  • Place the prepared pistachio grain on a flat plate and roll the salmon fillets in it, ensuring the grain sticks to all sides.

  • Arrange the prepared fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, without overlapping them, and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for ten minutes, then lower the temperature to 356°F and let them cook for another ten minutes.
    Remove from the oven and serve your pistachio crusted salmon.
