Ingredients
- 1.76 lbs salmon (4 pieces, each 7 oz)
- 14 oz shelled pistachios
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
How to Make Pistachio Crusted Salmon
Coarsely chop the pistachios in a food processor: just use pulse mode to get a coarse grain.
Salt the salmon fillets and brush them with a little extra virgin olive oil.Place the prepared pistachio grain on a flat plate and roll the salmon fillets in it, ensuring the grain sticks to all sides.
Arrange the prepared fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, without overlapping them, and bake in a preheated static oven at 392°F for ten minutes, then lower the temperature to 356°F and let them cook for another ten minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve your pistachio crusted salmon.
