Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes
- 3.5 oz scamorza (grated)
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- parsley (chopped)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of the Potato Mille-Feuille in Air Fryer
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices a few millimeters thick with a mandoline or a straight-edged knife.
Blanch them in salted boiling water for four or five minutes, then drain them.
Line a mold with parchment paper (or skip this step if using a non-stick perforated mold).Place a layer of potatoes on the bottom of the mold, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, a bit of grated scamorza, chopped parsley, and salt, and make a new layer of potatoes, Parmesan, scamorza, parsley, and salt, and so on, layering until ingredients are used up.
Finish with a few sprays of extra virgin olive oil on the surface and cook at 392°F for fifteen minutes.
Serve your potato mille-feuille in air fryer hot.
