Ingredients
- 26 oz potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 oz grana (grated)
- 1 oz pecorino (grated)
- Half clove garlic (optional)
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Potato Pizza in Air Fryer
Peel the potatoes, cut them into chunks and place them in a pot.
Cover with water and bring to a boil.
Cook for eight minutes from boiling, drain and mash them with a potato masher.Gather the puree in a bowl, add the grated cheeses, the half clove of minced garlic (optional), the egg, and a pinch of salt, and mix thoroughly.
Grease a dish suitable for your air fryer.Pour the prepared mixture into it, leveling it.
Sprinkle the surface with some breadcrumbs, finish with a drizzle of oil, and cook at 392°F for fifteen minutes. Serve immediately, very hot, your potato pizza in air fryer.
