Ingredients
- 8 oz pumpkin (already cleaned)
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 egg
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsps grana cheese (grated)
- rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of Pumpkin Flatbread
Cut the pumpkin into pieces and grate it using a coarse grater, collecting everything in a bowl.
In another bowl, put the egg, the water, and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, and mix them with a hand whisk.
Add the flour, then a pinch of salt, and then the grated cheese, continuing to mix with the whisk.Finally, add the grated pumpkin and a little pepper and mix again.
Line a 10.5 in x 15.75 in pan with parchment paper.
Brush the paper with a little extra virgin olive oil, then pour in the prepared mixture, leveling it to fill the entire pan.Sprinkle some chopped rosemary on top of the flatbread and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for half an hour.
Serve your pumpkin flatbread hot.
