Few, simple ingredients for a pumpkin-based appetizer perfect for all occasions, for a quick aperitif or a dinner with friends, loved by both children and adults.

The best variety of pumpkin for this recipe is the butternut, which has a sweet and nutty flavor, firm flesh, and an elongated “pear” shape that allows you to easily cut the flesh into disks to be topped and turned into irresistible pizzettes.
