Radish gazpacho is a delicious appetizer, very easy to prepare.
Gazpacho is a cold vegetable soup of Spanish origin. In its classic version, it is mainly made of tomatoes and other “raw” vegetables, but there are numerous delicious, fresh, and irresistible variants, perfect for summer. The radish version has a tasty and fresh flavor, slightly spicy and healthy.

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz radishes (plus a few for garnish)
- 1.7 cups milk
- 0.85 cups water
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of radish gazpacho
Wash the radishes well under running water.
Trim them and cut them into slices.Collect them in a small pot.
Add the peeled garlic clove, milk, and water and cook for ten minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and blend everything.Let your radish gazpacho cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Serve in glasses and garnish with some slices of fresh radish before serving.
