Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rice
- 5.3 oz canned tuna
- 5.3 oz feta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- mint
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of the Rice Salad with Tuna and Feta
Cook the rice in plenty of salted boiling water for the cooking time indicated on its package.
Drain it using a colander and rinse it under cold running water to cool it down, then let it drain well and put it in a bowl.Wash the cherry tomatoes and slice them.
Add them to the rice.
Drain the tuna from the preservation oil, break it into pieces, and add it to the rice.Cut the feta into cubes, add it to the bowl, and season everything with extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Let your rice salad with tuna and feta rest in the refrigerator until ready to serve, garnishing it as desired with fresh mint leaves.
