Ingredients

  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsps black olives (pitted)
  • oregano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Ricotta with Cherry Tomatoes in Air Fryer

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

  • Place the ricotta in the center of a tray suitable for your air fryer and arrange the tomatoes and olives around the ricotta.
    Season everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt, and oregano.

  • Cook at 375°F for ten minutes, then raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for another five minutes.
    Serve your ricotta with cherry tomatoes in the air fryer warm.
