  • 3.5 oz lard
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • Half clove garlic

Preparation of Rosemary Lard Cream

  • Place the lard, garlic clove, and a sprig of rosemary in the mixer and operate the appliance until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
