Ingredients

  • 8.5 oz smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 5.3 oz roasted peppers (mixed red and yellow)
  • dill
  • pink peppercorns

Preparation of the Salmon Roll with Peppers

  • On a work surface, place a sheet of plastic wrap.
Lay the slices of smoked salmon on the wrap, placing them side by side without leaving gaps, making two rows one on top of the other to form a rectangle.

  • Cut the roasted peppers, peeled, into pieces.
In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the peppers.
Spread the prepared mixture over the salmon slices, keeping a couple of inches away from the edges.

  • Using the plastic wrap underneath, roll the salmon from the longer side to form a roll, and close it in the wrap, tightening the edges well.
Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When ready to serve, garnish your salmon roll with pink peppercorns, a bit of dill, and serve it sliced.
