Ingredients

  • 4 slices sandwich bread (rectangular)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 40 g pistachios (shelled and chopped)

Preparation of Salmon Truffles

  • Cut the smoked salmon into pieces and place it in a mixer.
Break the sandwich bread into pieces and add it to the salmon along with the cream cheese.
Pulse the mixer, stopping to mix the contents if necessary, until you have a smooth mixture.

Place the chopped pistachios on a plate.
With slightly dampened hands, take a bit of the mixture and form walnut-sized balls.

Roll them in the plate with the pistachios, ensuring they are completely coated on all sides, then place the prepared salmon truffles on a plate or tray without overlapping them and put them in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
