Sautéed radishes are a tasty vegetarian side dish, easy and quick to prepare.
Radishes are low in calories and carbohydrates and fat-free, they have diuretic, disinfectant, and detoxifying properties, are rich in folic acid and vitamins B and C, and help regulate cholesterol levels. In the kitchen, they can be eaten raw in salads, as a crudité, or cooked, baked, or sautéed.
Read on to find out how to make sautéed radishes with the quick and easy recipe below, as usual, right after the photo 😉

Ingredients
- 10.5 oz radishes
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation of Sautéed Radishes
Wash the radishes thoroughly, removing any soil residue and the leaves, dry them, and cut them in half. Gather them in a bowl, add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and mix thoroughly.
Heat a large non-stick pan on the stove and pour in the radishes, making sure they do not overlap.
Keep the flame at medium level and cook your radishes for eight to ten minutes, turning them often to cook them evenly.
Turn off the heat and season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately, well hot, garnishing your sautéed radishes with freshly chopped parsley to taste.
