The recipe below enriches the cake with scamorza cheese and cold cuts, but you can also use vegetables, olives, or whatever your imagination suggests.

Ingredients
- 1 jar Plain Yogurt (125 ml)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 jar Grana Padano Cheese (grated)
- 1 jar Oil
- 1 jar Milk
- 3 jars Flour
- 1 packet Instant Yeast for Savory Preparations
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4.2 oz Scamorza Cheese
- 3.5 oz Salami (in a single piece)
- 3.5 oz Mortadella (in a single piece)
Preparation of the Savory 7-Jar Cake
Cut scamorza cheese, salami, and mortadella into cubes.
In a large bowl, place the yogurt and eggs and beat them with electric whisks.
Wash the yogurt jar and use it to measure the other ingredients.Add to the egg and yogurt mixture, continuously incorporating with the whisks, the grated cheese, oil, milk, flour, salt, and yeast for savory preparations.
When you have obtained a homogeneous mixture, add the diced scamorza, salami, and mortadella.
Butter and flour a 9.5-inch diameter cake pan and pour the mixture into it.Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for thirty to thirty-five minutes, using the toothpick test to check for doneness.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the pan before unmolding your savory 7-jar cake onto a serving plate and serving it.
It keeps under a cake dome for a few days.
