Ingredients
- 16 cherry mozzarella balls
- 16 sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- 16 leaves basil
Preparation of Skewers of Mozzarella and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Use medium-sized skewers.
Pierce each skewer first with a basil leaf, then a tomato, a mozzarella ball, and repeat a second time, following the same order.
Serve your skewers of mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes immediately.
