The sliced steak in the air fryer is a tasty meat main course, easy and quick to prepare.
Rare, medium or well done, the meat remains tender and juicy, rich in flavor and irresistible. The cut to choose can vary from ribeye, rump, sirloin, to loin, as long as it has a good amount of fat that prevents the meat from drying out during cooking.

Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs beef ribeye
- spices (to taste)
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of sliced steak in air fryer
Leave the meat at room temperature for an hour.
Then, with some kitchen paper towels, pat it dry to remove excess moisture.Rub it with oil, coarse salt, and spices to taste, then place it in the air fryer basket already lined with a sheet of parchment paper.
Cook at 392°F for six to eight minutes per side, depending on whether you prefer rare, medium, or well done, and considering the thickness of the meat (if very thick it may take a few more minutes).
At the end of cooking, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve your sliced steak in air fryer.
