Ingredients

  • 14.1 oz spaghetti
  • 14.1 oz yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 2.8 oz Taggiasca olives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 anchovies in oil
  • chopped parsley
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt

Preparation of Spaghetti with Yellow Cherry Tomatoes

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil for the pasta.
    In the meantime, wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
    Chop the anchovies, well-drained from their preserving oil.

  • Peel the garlic.
    In a large pan, pour some extra virgin olive oil.
    Heat it up and add the garlic clove and the anchovies.

  • Let the garlic brown, remove it, and add the cherry tomatoes and olives.
    Adjust the salt and let it cook for ten to fifteen minutes until the tomatoes are wilted.
    Cook the spaghetti al dente, add it to the prepared sauce, and mix thoroughly.
    Serve immediately, very hot, your spaghetti with yellow cherry tomatoes, garnished with chopped parsley to taste.
