Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 3 oz oz scamorza cheese
- 1.8 oz oz cooked ham
- oregano
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Stuffed Potatoes in Air Fryer
Place the washed potatoes with skins in a pot and cover them with cold water.
Bring to a boil and let them cook for about twenty minutes from boiling, until they are easy to pierce with a fork.
Drain them, let them cool slightly, and cut them in half.Gently, using a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh leaving about 0.4 inches from the skin, creating little boats.
Put the removed flesh in a bowl, mash it coarsely and season with a couple of tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, some oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Chop the scamorza cheese and cooked ham, and add them to the mashed potatoes, mixing thoroughly.Use the prepared mixture to fill the potato boats and place them in the air fryer basket.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and lightly spray the surface with oil.
Cook at 392°F for fifteen minutes.
Serve immediately, hot, your stuffed potatoes in an air fryer.
