The tuna and feta salad is a tasty cold main dish, very easy to prepare.
Delicious and perfect for summer, it can be made in just a few minutes, and by dressing it separately just before serving, it can be prepared in advance and taken to the office for lunch or to the beach.
Feta is a traditional Greek semi-aged hard cheese, but crumbly and quite salty, made with sheep’s and goat’s milk, and is a source of high-quality proteins and essential minerals, remaining low in calories.

Ingredients
- 12 oz lettuce
- 3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 3.5 oz tuna in oil
- 2.8 oz feta
- green olives (pitted)
- extra virgin olive oil
- white wine vinegar
- balsamic vinegar
- salt
Preparation of Tuna and Feta Salad
Clean the onion, slice it thinly, and place it in a small bowl.
Add a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and cover it with cold water.
Wash the lettuce, cut it into pieces, and let it dry.Place it in a bowl.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and add them to the bowl.
Drain the tuna from the preservation oil, break it into pieces, and add it to the salad.Also add a handful of pitted green olives and the well-drained onion.
Finally, cut the feta into cubes and add it to the other ingredients.
Prepare an emulsion with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, four teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, and a generous pinch of salt, use it to dress your tuna and feta salad, and serve immediately.
