Tuna truffles are delightful bites made with tuna and cheese, tasty finger food that is very easy to prepare.
No cooking required and full of flavor with just a few simple ingredients, they are a perfect appetizer that goes well with aperitifs, for a refreshing happy hour, or to enrich a buffet for a party, and they are very quick to make.

Ingredients
- 2.8 oz tuna in oil
- 3.5 oz spreadable cheese (such as Philadelphia or ricotta or robiola according to your taste)
- 3.5 oz sandwich bread
- parsley
- chopped hazelnuts (or chopped pistachios or breadcrumbs as desired)
Preparation of Tuna Truffles
Drain the tuna from the preservation oil and place it in the mixer.
Add the broken sandwich bread, spreadable cheese, and a little parsley.
Turn on the device, blending until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place a little chopped hazelnuts on a flat plate.
Take a little mixture at a time and form balls the size of a walnut, rolling them on the chopped nuts until they are completely covered on all sides.
Place your tuna truffles thus created on a tray or plate without overlapping them and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before serving.
