Ingredients
- 4 slices veal
- 2.5 oz cooked ham (sliced)
- 2.5 oz mozzarella
- breadcrumbs
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Veal Rolls with Ham and Mozzarella
Cut the mozzarella into pieces.
Place the slices of meat on a cutting board and salt them.Cover them with a slice of cooked ham and a piece of mozzarella and roll them up, securing with toothpicks to form the rolls.
Place some breadcrumbs on a plate and roll the prepared rolls in it, then place them in a slightly greased baking dish.Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and bake in a preheated static oven at 340°F (170°C) for fifteen to twenty minutes, until the desired level of browning is reached.
Remove from oven and serve immediately, piping hot, your veal rolls with ham and mozzarella.
