Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 3/4 tbsps vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • Half packet baking powder (8 g)
  • powdered sugar (for decorating)

Preparation of the Yogurt Pound Cake in Air Fryer

  • In a bowl, place the eggs and sugar and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is light and frothy.
    Incorporate the yogurt and oil, continuing to mix with the mixer, then incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder with a spatula until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  • Add the chocolate chips, stirring to distribute them evenly.
    Butter and flour a pound cake mold suitable for your air fryer.
    Pour in the prepared mixture.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for a few minutes, then place the mold in the basket and let your yogurt pound cake cook in the air fryer for twenty-five to thirty minutes.
    Perform the toothpick test, and if necessary, extend the cooking for a few more minutes.
    When cooked, let it cool completely in the mold, then transfer it to a tray and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
