Here is the unsweetened almond milk beverage suitable for those who are health-conscious and watching their weight.
I desperately searched for unsweetened almond milk around the stores.
There are some great products, but then… I decided I could try making it myself. I used tips from some almond milk recipes found online.
I created the milk with slight variations according to my personal taste and found the unsweetened almond milk beverage just right for me and for anyone mindful of their figure and health.

- 5.3 oz blanched almonds
- 4.2 cups mineral water

Steps
First step
To make the almond milk, we need to soak the almonds in half a liter of water and store them in the fridge covered for at least one night (about 8 hours).
After the indicated time, take the almonds and pour them into the Bimby cup along with their water. Blend for 1 and a half minutes at speed 7.
At this point, add the other half a liter of mineral water and blend again for about 1 minute at speed 9
To get smooth almond milk it’s time to pass it through the sieve.
The pulp left in the sieve is called Okara and can be used in other recipes.
This way, we obtain perfect unsweetened almond milk.
Unsweetened almond milk keeps for about 2 days in a glass pitcher in the refrigerator and can be used for all your preparations.
